Our creative jam sessions are a hit every year, and this year will be no different!

This time, the remarkable Seona van der Pol (@seonavanderpol) takes us deep into the world of painting skin and flesh.

In this jam session, Seona will guide you through painting realistic, lifelike skin tones—primarily on busts, but with techniques applicable to all figures. You’ll learn how to build depth, warmth, and subtle color variation using layering, glazing, and tonal shifts. Whether you’re aiming for natural human tones or something more stylized, this session will boost your confidence with skin.

Ideal for painters looking to take their portrait work to the next level.

Please take into account the start and finish times of all Jam Sessions/Workshops when booking your spots. Jam Sessions do not run concurrently, however Jam Sessions do take place whilst Workshops are on. You will be allowed to leave a Workshop in order to attend a particular Jam Session, but you forfeit any part of the lessons not attended and the Instructors will not be able to catch you up on anything you’ve missed
